I recently stayed at Swiss Star for a business trip. The breakfast personnel were kind, cheerful, and helpful. The location was ideal for my purposes. The modern and tastefully-appointed room was comfortable and well-equipped. The breakfast buffet offered a generous selection of dishes with a beautiful view from the top floor restaurant. The staff on both check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient.

The heating didn't work properly, and it was freezing during the night. the train passing by the hotel was very loud and kept us awake.
